UK Delivery: 1–3 business days (Shipped locally from London via Royal Mail).
Europe & Spain Delivery: 2–5 business days (Shipped locally from Spain via Correos).
China Delivery: 1–3 business days (Shipped locally within China for super-fast delivery!).
Returns & Refunds
Because everything in my shop features my original designs and is carefully packaged, please review the return policy below:
Original Artwork & Prints: Due to the delicate nature of art prints and original drawings, all sales are final. I am unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: I take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and I will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.
